The Area Agency on Aging of Palm Beach/Treasure Coast, Inc. plays a critical role in ensuring the development of home and community based services in every community it serves. The Agency contracts with six Lead Agencies and nine Local Service Providers to help older adults and people with disabilities live with dignity and choices in their homes and communities for as long as possible.
