Amy Walker serves as the Helpline Director at the Area Agency on Aging of Palm Beach / Treasure Coast bringing more than 25 years of experience in healthcare operations, compliance, and member services in the public and non-profit sectors.

In her role, Amy oversees the Information & Referral, Intake, and Medicaid departments, ensuring that callers receive compassionate, accurate, and timely support connecting them to essential aging and disability resources. Before joining the Agency, Amy held leadership roles within healthcare operations, managing regional operations, national call centers, and quality assurance programs. Her experience includes strategic oversight of patient access, benefits administration, provider relations, and regulatory compliance with a strong focus on operational excellence, data driven performance, and community collaboration. She has successfully led initiatives to improve accessibility to services, streamline workflows, and enhance customer satisfaction across diverse populations.
