Grant Analyst

The Area Agency on Aging of Palm Beach/Treasure Coast, Inc. is a dynamic, private nonprofit organization dedicated to serving older adults, adults with disabilities, caregivers and veterans. The Area Agency on Aging of Palm Beach/Treasure Coast, Inc. is the leader of the Aging Network in Planning and Service Area 9 which includes Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee, Palm Beach and St. Lucie counties.

This full time (40 hour per week) position is based in West Palm Beach and has a starting salary of $48,000-$55,000 depending on qualifications and experience.


Part-time Call Center Specialist

This part-time non-exempt position incorporates the following important functions:

Under the direction of the supervisor, this is a part-time Call Center Specialist position (15 – 20 hours per week). The primary role of the Call Center Specialist is to provide information and referral to seniors, persons with a disability and caregivers for both incoming and outgoing calls. Specialists utilize a software program to track incoming and outgoing contacts.




Healthy Living Coordinator

The Area Agency on Aging of Palm Beach/Treasure Coast, Inc. is currently in need of a full time non-exempt Healthy Living Coordinator. This positions require travel throughout the Agency’s five county service area (Palm Beach/Martin/St. Lucie/Indian River and Okeechobee counties). This position is responsible for recruitment, mentoring and placement of facilitators in the community; assisting in the administration of Healthy Living Evidence Based Program Interventions including monitoring and data collection of programs objectives and outcomes; scheduling interventions; as well as facilitating workshops as needed.



Helpline Information and Referral Specialist

This full-time non-exempt position, based in West Palm Beach Florida, is an integral part of the Agency’s Helpline that serves seniors, caregivers, and adults with disabilities. 



This position performs a variety of accounting work involving the preparing, maintaining, analyzing, verifying, and reconciling of financial transactions, statements, records, and reports for operations and grants; assists in preparing the year-end audit reports and schedules.





Executive Assistant

This position is an assistant to the Executive Officers providing high-level administrative support, coordinates functions for the Board and all its committees; serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. This position requires handling of complex and confidential materials.
