Helpline Intake Specialist
Under the direction of Supervisor, perform Intake duties for the Helpline with the purpose of assessing the needs of consumers, and matching them with available services. This activity includes completing 701 S screenings and annual re-screenings and other related programs with the goal of facilitating the eligibility of consumers waiting for services through assessments designed to coordinate/integrate various publicly funded programs.
Part-time Call Center Specialist
This part-time non-exempt position incorporates the following important functions:
Under the direction of the supervisor, this is a part-time Call Center Specialist position (15 – 20 hours per week). The primary role of the Call Center Specialist is to provide information and referral to seniors, persons with a disability and caregivers for both incoming and outgoing calls. Specialists utilize a software program to track incoming and outgoing contacts.
Grant Compliance Coordinator
This position is responsible for contract monitoring and grant compliance with state and federal programs which includes quality assurance, technical assistance, and contract management.
Helpline Information and Referral Specialist
This position provides information and referral services to callers needing information or assistance in regards to matters affecting seniors, persons with a disability aged 18-59 and/or their caregivers.
Medicaid Intake Specialist

Agency Planner
Under the supervision of the Director, the Planner supports the planning function by assisting management with monitoring programs and understanding issues facing the aging community; engages community partners to identify and solve problems; and assists with developing policies and plans that support initiatives in the aging network. The Planner is responsible for analyzing data for the purpose of planning and projecting future needs of the age 60 and older population in a five-county service area..
