Part-time Call Center Specialist

This part-time non-exempt position incorporates the following important functions:

Under the direction of the supervisor, this is a part-time Call Center Specialist position (15 – 20 hours per week). The primary role of the Call Center Specialist is to provide information and referral to seniors, persons with a disability and caregivers for both incoming and outgoing calls. Agency Planner

Under the supervision of the Director, the Planner supports the planning function by assisting management with monitoring programs and understanding issues facing the aging community; engages community partners to identify and solve problems; and assists with developing policies and plans that support initiatives in the aging network.
