Information & Referral Administrative Assistant

Position Summary: Under the direction of the Information and Referral Supervisor, this position performs Agency administrative duties for Information and Referral by providing information to seniors, persons with a disability and caregivers for both incoming and outgoing calls. Includes answering calls, assisting with walk-ins, transcribing voicemails, saving correspondence to appropriate data management systems, and sending faxes.

CCE Intake Specialist

Position Summary: Under the direction of Supervisor, perform Intake duties for the Helpline with the purpose of assessing the needs of consumers, and matching them with available services. This activity includes completing 701 S screenings and annual re-screenings and other related programs with the goal of facilitating the eligibility of consumers waiting for services through reassessments designed to coordinate/integrate various publicly funded programs.

Information & Referral Specialist

Position Summary: Under the direction of the supervisor, this position provides information and referral services to seniors, people with a disability and caregivers calling the Helpline. Specialists use a database to problem solve and provide resources for callers in Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River and Okeechobee Counties. Specialists are well versed in a variety of long-term care options and SHINE Medicare services.

Communications Coordinator

Position Summary: This position is responsible for communications, public relations, media relations, and special event coordination. Plans and assists with enhancing the visibility and public image of the Agency as well as promoting opportunities for collaboration with other nonprofits, the media and other community partners.
